The sequence of contact is thus: 1. Ask your PTA Unit President or Board Member, if they can not resolve the problem... 2. Ask Council PTA, if they can not resolve the problem... 3. Ask 33rd District PTA, if they can not resolve the problem... 4. Ask State PTA, if they can not resolve the problem... 5. Ask National PTA. Within these five levels of PTA there is a lot of experience and information. Do not hesitate to use this wonderful source of great people!
